Grievance officer
The grievance officer role is unfilled until incorporation. No officer has been appointed, and no officer name is published.
Until counsel appoints an officer and publishes their name, send grievances to [email protected]. Do not look for a street address: the registered address is still a placeholder on the contact page.
How we respond
- We acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
